DESCRIPTION ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The perfect tug for your Grumman. It works with all models of the AA1 and AA5. This tug ships with a 20V Dewalt power system. If you want more power, the Dewalt 60 Volt power system must be purchased as an option.

If you have a smooth concrete or epoxy painted hangar floor, we recommend buying our Traction Tape or Wheel Weight Hubs option to prevent tire slippage.

If you are purchasing Wheel Weight Hubs you must click HERE to purchase 2 - 25 lb. cast iron weights.
The wheel weight hubs are only the hubs and do not come with the weights themselves. The weights ship for free from the vendor in the link.

4 of 5 Sure Beats doing it but hand July 18, 2024
Reviewer: Robert Pearson from ID United States
I am 73 and it beats trying to manhandle my plane by hand.  I am still trying to get used to it,  it is a little more difficult to put the plane into my T hangar than I thought.  It is very easy getting it out.

5 of 5 Minimax Aircraft Tug June 24, 2024
Reviewer: Stanley D Rasberry from Lakeland, FL United States
This small tug does an outstanding job moving a Grumman AA1-B, especially backing the plane which is difficult due to the castering nose wheel.

5 of 5 Excellent Addition June 15, 2023
Reviewer: Douglas Reed from Kingwood, TX United States
I had had my Tiger for 5 years and used the manual tow bar without too much trouble until recently where I have another aircraft in my hangar. Because of the tight space and the slight uphill slope getting into the hangar the minimax was the perfect solution. the quality of the unit was excellent and it handles the job of moving the aircraft into tight spaces much easier. I would recommend the minimax to anyone who wanted a budget friendly solution.
