Minimax Aircraft Tug Return Policy

Our products have a proven track record of performance and we provide a One (1) Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser with every item manufactured by us. Product not manufactured by us is covered under the Dewalt Tool warranty policy.

We encourage you to call us 1-855-293-TUGS(8847) Monday-Saturday 10-4 CST or email if you need help determining if our product will meet your needs. As with any product from a toothpick to an airplane, there are design limitations. We are happy to assist in your decision making and of course want satisfied customers, but only you can determine if our product will perform as designed as we must rely on your input as to your ramp and hangar towing conditions. Our products are not suitable for use in carousel type hangars.

We warranty that our product will perform within design specifications. You may up-grade to a more powerful drill system for the same discounted price as if originally purchased with product. Exchange to up-graded power system must occur within 30 days of original purchase. Contact us and we will advise which parts of the original power system to return in exchange for the up-grade. Exchange parts must be received in good condition. You will be responsible for return shipping cost and insurance. We will pay return shipping cost to return to you. (Prepaid return shipping to AK, HI, Puerto-Rico, Guam and all international destinations excluded.)

If you wish to return a product you must request a RA# prior to returning. We may request a video of our product in use on your aircraft at your hangar ramp before accepting a return. Product returned without a RA# will be returned to sender. We do not accept returns after 60 days. Product must be returned and in our possession not more than 60 days from purchase date to receive a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. You may be assessed a 10% re-conditioning fee to return used and assembled product to salable condition. Product returned with missing, damaged or abused parts will be assessed replacement parts cost in addition to re-conditioning fee.
